Backward News Stories

A look at how Liberals in the media turn stories inside-out to make them fit their agenda.

Feds Raid Gibson Guitar Factories for Illegal Wood (Again)

August 26, 2011
By

Is nothing sacred with this government? Well, apparently, fine-grained lumber such as rosewood and ebony from Madagascar is. But not Gibson guitars. Hello? OK, maybe I’m a bit biased, having been a guitar player all my life and a proud owner of several Gibson guitars.

When I came across this story, I thought the brown-shirts were a little out of place- raiding the best guitar manufacturer in the world. Of course, it’s easy to see the real reason for this incident- money. But then, that’s usually the reason when common sense goes out the window. Well, money, or love. Read more »

Penis Size Study: 1 Out of 5 Gay Men Have HIV

August 13, 2011
By

There has been a lot of hoopla lately about this study. The problem is, everybody seems to focus on the support, for or against the study. That’s politics, and fine, if that’s what is important to you. But when I saw this study, one fact stood out strongly.

Only 74% of the men questioned in the study said they didn’t have HIV.

Does that mean 25% of gay men do have HIV? Let’s take a closer look at those numbers and see what the study reveals. Then compare that to other studies. Read more »

The New Evangelical Left? What Would Jesus Cut?

June 9, 2011

Talk about backward… This is simply crazy. I always said it takes a skewed view of reality to become a Liberal in the first place. But now the radical leftist, so-called Christians are “preaching” socialism in Jesus’ name. Have they gone too far?

It’s one thing to have differing opinions. But what everybody fails to report is the truth! Yes, there is truth. There’s truth in politics, truth in religion, and certainly the Bible represents the official authority of what truth is. And if you disagree with that statement, then you are brainwashed, and I’ll prove it. Just read on. Read more »

Crazy Animal Rights Lunatics at Namecheap.com

March 31, 2011
By

funny elephantTalk about backward times, it’s always amazing to me that some people (IE; animal rights lunatics), put animals above people.

Look, I love animals as much as anybody, but they don’t mean crap when it comes to people! In fact, animals are NOTHING compared to people. I’d kill a whole herd of elephants myself if it would save just one person, let alone feed a whole village, plus keep a farmer, or two in business. Wouldn’t you?

Well, apparently, the folks over at Namecheap.com don’t feel that way. In fact, they’d rather save one elephant even if it means a farmer goes out of business and a whole village goes hungry. Read more »

Obama Campaign Promise Broken – Guantanamo

March 10, 2011
By

ObamaLooks StonedObama did the right thing, when he approved the resumption of the controversial military trials for suspected terrorists at the U.S. detention center at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
Unfortunately for him and his far-left supporters, that was the exact opposite of what he promised during his campaign, over and over. We’ve got video of his repeated promise to close Guantanamo. I wonder how the anti-war crowd feels today? Read more »

It’s all over the news- from mainstream Liberal establishments to Conservative blogs; dominating radio and TV, and all over the internet. There are three related stories here, and we’re going to put them all together in a nice little package that you can pick up with one hand and wrap a Liberal on the head with. Read more »

Wisconsin Liberals Go Nuts Protesting Anti-Union Bill

February 18, 2011
By

Wow. Just when I thought I’d seen it all, along comes the Wisconsin Liberal Machine (yeah, they have a machine, they think they’re Chicago Junior up there) doing what they do best- take to the streets acting like a bunch of idiots- proving once again that Liberals don’t mean a damn thing they say… again.

Before you go jumping in a lake over what I just said, let me clarify- I understand it’s effectively a 7% pay-cut for the government workers, and also the bill would compromise collective bargaining. And I am sympathetic to that- the pay cut- not the collective bargaining. Read more »

Muslim Man Arrested for Attempted Bombing of Recruitment Center

December 8, 2010
By

Muhammed Hussain (a.k.a. Antonio Martinez) has been arrested for attempting to blow up a military recruitment center in Baltimore County. Another plot thwarted by US Intelligence. Apparently he had been under FBI surveillance for two months, and was arrested after he attempted to detonate a phony bomb. He was on a personal jihad mission to bomb the enemy- us, that thankfully failed.

Did the big news outlets mention his name, or the fact that he was a Muslim? Read more »

Obama’s Jobs Death Toll is Wreaking Havoc on Economy

December 8, 2010
By

It’s crazy how the Left and the Right differ on economic issues. Both claim the upper-hand when it comes to solutions and even basic problem identification. The economy did well under Clinton, letting many Democrats and those on the Left believe they have all the economic answers. The economy did well under GW Bush too (except for the last year or two, after the Democratic take-over of Congress), so Republicans and Conservatives believe they too have the answers. But who really does? Read more »

New York Times Wrong- Again

December 7, 2010
By

After spending every other spoken word railing against the Bush tax cuts during his campaign, President Obama now offers Republicans a compromise- Extend the Bush tax cuts for two more years. On the very day Obama offered it, the NY Times ran a story called, “Obama Is Against a Compromise on Bush Tax Cuts”. Yes, I said the very day.

The story starts out with, “President Obama on Wednesday will make clear that he opposes any compromise that would extend the Bush-era tax cuts for the wealthy beyond this year.” But of course, he did the opposite of that- on Tuesday, the day this piece was published. And still they call it news. Read more »
